We are looking for a **Full-Stack Systems Analyst** to work on the development and evolution of our digital products, actively participating in **all layers of the application**, from backend to frontend. This person will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with **Product, UX, Data, and Engineering**, contributing to the creation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. We seek someone with a solid technical background, systemic vision, and commitment to quality and sound development practices. **Responsibilities** * Develop, evolve, and maintain web applications, working on both **frontend and backend**. * Implement new end-to-end features, from technical design through production deployment. * Develop and maintain **APIs**, ensuring security, performance, and adherence to business rules. * Integrate frontend interfaces with backend services efficiently and reliably. * Apply **sound development practices**, including clean code, organization, reusability, and maintainability. * Develop and maintain **unit and integration tests**, ensuring delivery quality. * Actively participate in **code reviews**, contributing to code standardization and evolution. * Perform **analysis and resolution of issues**, identifying root causes and proposing appropriate technical solutions. * Collaborate with the team in defining **technical and architectural decisions**. * Work on continuous improvement of system **performance, stability, and scalability**. * Integrate and consume external and internal services, ensuring reliability and observability. **Requirements** * Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Proven experience in **Full-Stack development**. * Proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6+)** and experience with modern frontend frameworks such as **Vue.js**. * Solid backend experience using **PHP (Laravel)**. * Experience developing and consuming **REST APIs**. * Knowledge of relational databases such as **MySQL**. * Familiarity with **version control (Git)**. * Experience in agile development environments using **Scrum or Kanban**. * Ability to collaborate effectively, with strong communication skills and product-oriented thinking. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **scalable architectures** and medium-to-large-scale applications. * Experience with cloud services, especially **AWS** (RDS, CloudFront, S3, etc.). * Experience with **CDN and asset delivery optimization**. * Familiarity with monitoring and error management tools (e.g., Bugsnag or similar). * Knowledge of **Elasticsearch, Kibana, or search and observability tools**. * Experience participating in architectural decisions and structural system improvements. **Requirements** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree Job type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Partnerships and commercial discounts Work location: Hybrid remote work based in Juiz de Fora, MG
