Continuously develop technical and behavioral competencies * You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the complete flow of export operations, guaranteeing efficiency, compliance, and agility at every stage—from invoicing and internal controls to customs clearance and international logistics. Your role will be critical to the smooth execution of foreign trade processes, directly contributing to delivery quality and operational excellence within the department. Here, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly qualified team, expand your business vision, strengthen strategic connections, and continuously develop your technical and behavioral competencies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the company’s export invoicing process through shipment planning; * Coordinate freight and customs clearance procedures to ensure effective export of external customers’ orders; * Issue relevant export documentation for official authorities and customers; * Manage export customer orders and inventory for the Original Equipment Market; * Send export process follow-ups regarding shipments to customers; * Analyze Letters of Credit; * Issue Credit Registration (Proex); * Define fiscal classification and product descriptions for purchased goods. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies from the 5th semester onward in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Languages: English (Basic level) and Spanish (Basic level); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (basic/advanced Excel); * Knowledge of Goods Fiscal Classification; * You’ll stand out if you have experience in exports and special customs regimes! **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours; * Hybrid work model; * Annual profit-sharing program; * Semi-annual attendance bonus; * Health insurance (extendable to dependents); * Outpatient medical assistance; * Dental assistance (extendable to dependents); * Psychological support; * 50% reimbursement for medications (extendable to dependents); * Childcare allowance for children up to 5 years old; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Educational incentive program; * Optional life insurance; * And much more!
