In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Product Owner (PO), ensuring our Data Platform, Integration, and AI product deliveries reach the development team with clarity, consistency, and well-defined acceptance criteria. The Business Analyst’s mission is to elevate specification quality and user experience—engaging from discovery through final validation—and transforming field learnings into documentation, best practices, and continuous product improvements. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Specification and Discovery: Participate in discovery sessions, gather requirements, write user stories with business rules and acceptance criteria, map user flows and journeys, and create wireframes for solution validation. * Delivery Oversight: Participate in agile ceremonies, clarify technical and QA team questions, support delivery validation, and lead System Demos. * Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interactions with pilot customers, run usability validation sessions, and serve as the liaison between business and technology during workshops and alignment meetings. * Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation, produce feature handover materials, and contribute to the product knowledge base. * PO Support: Provide tactical operational support, monitor KPIs, and ensure UX consistency across deliveries. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Business Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Analyst. * Experience specifying requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. * Experience in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban), working closely with product and technology teams. * Ability to map user flows and journeys using tools such as Miro, Figma, or similar. **WHAT COULD ENHANCE YOUR APPLICATION:** * Experience with data products, integration platforms (iPaaS/ETL), or AI and conversational agent solutions. * Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar). * Experience with support and knowledge base tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Confluence, or similar). * Participation in pilots and validations of new features with customers. * Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation. **Our Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * PPLR — Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Wiipo Card with flexible benefits; * Wiipo Club with exclusive discounts and advantages; * TotalPass — Gym and wellness benefit; * OnHappy — Travel advantage benefit; * Banked hours; * Citizen Company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Birth assistance; * PET assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan. **The Senior Way:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
