Your role will be to provide operational support to the team, ensuring that information reaches the closing process in an organized, verified, and analysis-ready format. **Responsibilities:** * Support bank and asset account reconciliations, identifying pending items for resolution * Perform routine accounting entries under supervision, in accordance with the company's chart of accounts * Assist in organizing and verifying fiscal and financial documents, ensuring correct accounting classification * Collaborate with monthly closing, including folder preparation and report generation (Trial Balance and Income Statement) * Support data segregation for ancillary obligations (SPED, ECF) and audit requirements Requirements:* **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting (from the 2nd year onward) or completed technical accounting program * **Basic knowledge**: Understanding of debit/credit logic and familiarity with the Balance Sheet * **Tools**: Basic/intermediate Excel (spreadsheet organization and simple formulas) * **Behavioral profile**: Attention to detail, discipline regarding deadlines, and ability to follow standardized processes **Preferred Qualifications:*** Prior experience in an accounting firm (internship or assistant role) * Familiarity with the Questor system * Interest in Artificial Intelligence and spreadsheet automation Benefits * Meal allowance of BRL 800.00 * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance
