Job Summary: An Accounts Payable Analyst processes payments, performs account reconciliations, manages cash flow, optimizes travel processes, and identifies improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Process payments and financial reconciliations 2. Manage cash flow and control travel expenses 3. Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency **Accounts Payable Analyst** Hybrid – Blumenau/SC (two days per week onsite). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process payments to suppliers, service providers, and local and international general expenses. * Verify invoices, bills, and financial documents. * Perform bank and accounting ledger reconciliations. * Forecast cash flow and monitor forecast versus actuals. * Monitor payment due dates and schedule payments. * Support internal and external audits. * Review and validate travel expense reports. * Ensure compliance with the company's travel policy. * Manage reimbursements (airfare, accommodation, meals, transportation). * Interact with travel agencies, suppliers, and employees. * Support cost and travel process optimization. * Manage corporate credit cards. * Identify opportunities for improvement or increased efficiency within the area. EDUCATION / DESIRED COURSES: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is required. LANGUAGES English – Intermediate proficiency required. Spanish \- Intermediate. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proven experience in supplier payments and corporate travel for medium or large enterprises. Analytical profile with ability to identify improvements. Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge.
