Job Summary:
Manage substation projects, including teams, procurement, and financial aspects, representing WEG before clients and suppliers.

* Represent WEG in substation contracts before clients and suppliers;
* Manage the SPCS project team;
* Manage SPCS procurement;
* Develop the contract's financial plan;
* Draft and negotiate cost and schedule addenda with the client;
* Monitor project margin and be accountable for project results.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Automation and Control / Telecommunications;
* Knowledge of Protection, Control and Supervision Systems (SPCS);
* Knowledge of SPCS equipment;
* Experience in SPCS projects;
* Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite;
* Willingness to travel;
* Fluent English;
* 06 months employed at the company (as of application date).
**Desirable Requirements:**
* PMP certification;
* Knowledge of telecommunications;
* Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts;
* Knowledge of project planning and management;
* Knowledge of finance and taxation.
