Job Summary: The professional will ensure standardization, quality, and compliance of colors and properties of plastic materials, working in color development and control. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to train operators and leaders Ensure standardization, quality, and compliance of colors and properties of plastic materials produced by the company, ensuring they meet technical specifications and customer requirements. Work in color development, adjustment, and control, as well as monitor production processes to guarantee final product quality. No experience required **Responsibilities:** · Develop, adjust, and produce color formulations to meet customer specifications and internal standards. · Test and validate colors in production batches, ensuring consistency and reproducibility. · Work with pigments to achieve the desired shade in recycled products. · Monitor and analyze the quality of produced material, verifying aspects such as color, texture, resistance, and other technical characteristics. · Identify quality deviations and propose corrective actions to prevent non-conformities. · Record and document quality tests and color adjustments performed. · Collaborate with the production team to ensure colors and specifications are correctly followed. · Conduct practical tests during the production process and validate samples prior to customer release. · Train operators and leaders on quality standards and color adjustment procedures. · Suggest improvements to production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency in achieving desired colors. · Maintain a clean and organized workplace to avoid waste; · Perform other tasks as requested.
