**Samrello**, a reference since 1987 in industrial instrumentation and automation solutions, is seeking a **Senior Sales Representative** to join our sales team in **Blumenau/SC**. If you possess commercial maturity, a results-oriented mindset, and experience in the industrial environment, this position is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Account Management:** Manage customer relationships, post-sales support, and account expansion * **Consultative Selling:** Lead complex negotiations, develop customized proposals, and handle objections with a focus on profitability. * **Active Prospecting:** Identify and engage new mid- to large-size prospects, as well as reactivate inactive customers. * **Sales Pipeline Management:** Log and track opportunities in the ERP/CRM (Wiser) with disciplined follow-up. * **Internal Coordination:** Align delivery timelines and technical specifications with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of internal B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector. * **Education:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation (a plus). * **Skills:** Excellent written communication, strong organizational ability to manage high-volume workloads, and intermediate proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets. * **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with B2B portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Petronect) and knowledge of industrial instrumentation.
