Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for producing specialized cuts, assembling and organizing counters, serving customers, advising them on types of meats, products, and derivatives, performing cutting and deboning tasks, as well as preserving, restocking, and organizing products, in compliance with regulations, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise them on types of meats, products, and derivatives; perform cutting and deboning; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers, following regulations, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established targets; Support customer retention by preparing and displaying differentiated products—specialized cuts; Collect and store leftover bones, fats, and tallow in designated collection boxes for sale to bone-processing factories; Ensure adequate stock replenishment for service counters and self-service areas by preparing for store opening and restocking according to sales turnover; Assist in verifying product expiration dates and quality, checking preservation status, evaluating and reusing products where possible, suggesting replacements in case of abnormalities via internal procedures, and ensuring correct product pricing per price list; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining cleanliness and optimal operational conditions of the work area, in compliance with hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Minimize shrinkage and discrepancies by conducting frequent inventory checks and applying proper meat handling and storage techniques; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by adhering to daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment calibration and maintenance when required; Conduct ongoing training and guidance for team members; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Experience (in field):** Butchery **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Specific knowledge:** Meat deboning processes, specialized cutting techniques, counter assembly knowledge, food handling Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Hermann Tribess, 1026 \- Tribess, Blumenau \- SC, 89057\-300 **Working hours:** 14:00 16:00 17:00 22:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Store Purchase Discount Program Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
