We adopt an Inside Sales model, where all customer interactions occur remotely (email, videoconferences, phone, WhatsApp). This opportunity requires on-site work at our headquarters in Blumenau, focused on acquiring new customers through consultative and strategic engagement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—aligned with Senior’s commercial policies and practices; * Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records regarding customer relationships and the sales process; * Provide consultative support to customers from first contact through post-sales; **What We Seek for Our Inside Sales Team:** We seek individuals capable of driving new business to directly contribute to and participate in the growth of our customer base. Who will be your team?
