**About the Role**
We seek a Senior Financial Analyst – Accounts Receivable to manage and control the company’s receivables cycle, ensuring process efficiency, collections, and delinquency control. The professional will also be responsible for credit analysis and monitoring departmental KPIs, contributing to financial health and risk mitigation.
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
* Manage and control accounts receivable, ensuring accurate execution of financial routines.
* Conduct customer credit analysis, assessing risk and defining credit limits and payment terms.
* Monitor and track delinquency, leading collection and negotiation processes with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
* Issue and manage bank slips (boletos), invoices, and other collection documents.
* Develop and monitor accounts receivable KPIs, such as aging report, average receivables collection period (ARCP), delinquency rate, and credit recovery rate.
* Support monthly financial closing and preparation of management reports for the department.
* Collaborate with internal departments (sales, billing, and accounting) to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in financial processes.
**✔️ What Do You Need to Know?**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
* Prior experience in accounts receivable, collections, and credit analysis.
* Knowledge of financial KPIs related to accounts receivable.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with ERP or financial systems.
**✔️ Nice-to-Have**
* Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools.
* Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
* Experience in high-revenue-volume companies or those with recurring revenue models (SaaS/services).
