**Position:** Administrative/Commercial Analyst – Distribution Center **Location:** Gaspar – SC **Work Model:** On-site We are seeking an Administrative/Commercial Analyst to work at the Distribution Center (DC), focusing on inventory control, goods verification, and movement, as well as providing administrative and commercial support to logistics processes. This professional will serve as the liaison among inventory, logistics, sales, and administration teams, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and internal decision-making agility. Key Responsibilities Monitor and oversee inbound and outbound goods at the DC; Verify invoices, orders, packages, quantities, and product specifications; Ensure physical inventory accuracy versus system records; Perform data entry, updates, and controls in the ERP system; Track inventory movements, transfers, shipments, and daily stock operations; Support the sales team with inventory information, delivery timelines, and availability; Organize and maintain up-to-date administrative and commercial reports; Verify internal process compliance and adherence to deadlines; Collaborate closely with logistics, carriers, and other internal departments; Identify discrepancies and propose operational process improvements; Maintain document organization and ensure smooth Distribution Center operations. ✅ Requirements Completed high school education — a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields is preferred; Prior experience in administrative, commercial, or DC/logistics routines; Knowledge of inventory control, goods verification, and invoice processing; Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel; Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile.
