**SENIOR COST SPECIALIST.** **Location:** Caixa d’ Água, Guaramirim / SC. **Responsibilities:** Calculate and analyze direct and indirect production costs; update product and process structures in the ERP system; analyze variances between standard and actual costs; support selling price formation; coordinate inventories and monitor losses and scrap; prepare managerial cost reports; support departments such as controllership, production, and sales; contribute to improvements in costing methods and internal processes. **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of costing; * Experience with inventory control; * Ability to interpret accounting and tax reports; * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in the costing area; * Analytical, organized profile with strong aptitude for working with numbers and processes; * Senior-level profile required. **Compensation:** **Salary:** To be negotiated — based on salary expectations and professional experience. **Transportation Allowance:** * Massaranduba, Araquari, and Joinville: R$ 600.00; * Schroeder and Jaraguá do Sul: R$ 500.00; * Guaramirim: R$ 200.00\. **Benefits:** * 100% company-paid meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Unimed health plan (available after 90 days, with co-payment); * SESI dental plan (no cost); * Attendance bonus: R$ 400.00 loaded onto the meal voucher card; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM\.
