Job Summary: Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by handling ingredients and ensuring product organization and presentation, as well as serving and selling to customers. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, maintaining their organization and visual appeal, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers by offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with company rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver items to customers; Contribute to producing various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking product display counters and applying correct pricing in compliance with predefined rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and customer relationship building; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices through daily inspections; remove products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cashier when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Up-to-date vaccination record **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Dr. Pedro Zimmermann Street, 7155, Itoupava Central \- Blumenau, SC **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (1-hour break) Compensation allowance for Sundays worked **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Transportation Allowance Childcare Assistance Rede TOP Store Shopping Discount Program Life Insurance Health Plan Dental Plan Cafeteria with snacks/coffee Professional Development Opportunities
