Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead Autonomous Work Groups, ensuring quality, productivity, and cost targets while promoting a safe and organized work environment.

We are seeking a **Production Supervisor** to lead Autonomous Work Groups (AWGs), composed of team leaders (masons), masons, and laborers, ensuring achievement of quality, productivity, and cost targets, and fostering a safe, organized, and positive team atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure compliance with current procedures and project specifications;
* Inspect work at each construction phase;
* Ensure technological quality control of houses;
* Ensure adherence to house construction schedules;
* Monitor and control material consumption;
* Conduct 5S and safety audits;
* Train and educate AWG team members;
* Develop mason leadership skills;
* Address FCA’s (Field Corrective Actions);
* Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports;
* Apply disciplinary measures and provide feedback to team members;
* Ensure correct layout implementation for major construction phases;
* Maintain company-provided tools and equipment;
* Support auxiliary activities (technical assistance, project revitalization, construction sites, and infrastructure services);
* Promote and reinforce company culture.
**Requirements**
* Completed Technical Course in Building Construction (from 2017\);
* Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of Reading and Interpreting Construction Drawings; Construction Materials; Tools, Equipment, and Measurements; Basic Understanding of Construction Pathologies; Civil Construction Execution; NR\-18 (Occupational Safety).
