Identifies improvements, resolves technical issues, and supports internal departments, thereby contributing to process efficiency and operational continuity. * RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE COMPANY’S INFRASTRUCTURE (NETWORK, COMPUTERS, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE), SUPPORTING DEPARTMENTS AND CUSTOMERS IN CASES OF INQUIRIES, ENSURING PROBLEM RESOLUTION.
