**Access Controller** to work at **Santa Casa Hospital in Poços de Caldas**, with daytime availability on a **12x36 shift schedule**.
As a Reception Assistant, the professional will directly handle **personnel and object access control** at the hospital, serving as a key element for institutional security.
The role entails ensuring that only authorized individuals circulate within designated areas, performing careful screening, verifying identification documents, and clearly and firmly guiding visitors.
With a **vigilant** and **organized demeanor**, the professional ensures compliance with regulations, contributes to preserving facility spaces, and safeguards the integrity of all individuals entering the institution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Controlling entry and exit of personnel and objects, ensuring adherence to institutional policies;
* Safely and punctually opening and closing the hospital’s main gate;
* Verifying personal identification and access authorizations to ensure only authorized individuals enter specific areas;
* Providing guidance to visitors, companions, and third parties regarding institutional rules, conduct, and procedures;
* Answering telephone calls clearly and courteously, providing necessary information;
* Printing and distributing patient identification labels according to ward requirements;
* Notifying wards of visitor hours’ end times and companions’ return outside permitted hours;
* Continuously monitoring internal and external hospital areas through systematic patrols and active observation;
* Reporting any suspicious or irregular situations to supervisors or responsible authorities;
* Recording daily visitor, companion, and relevant movement data in a daily report;
* Registering remote parking access for pre-authorized individuals;
* Enrolling new staff members into the access control system, maintaining updated and secure records.
