





**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) Support managers in performing their duties by managing information, assisting with the execution of their administrative tasks and meetings, and scheduling and canceling appointments. Prospect new members and conduct external visits. Monitor members’ usage history of products and services. Market the cooperative’s products and services to its members. **1.** Monitor individual performance targets; **2.** Analyze the economic and political environment; **3.** Analyze the client/investor’s history; **4.** Submit product or service proposals to the credit committee; **5.** Serve members in person or by phone, providing services (e.g., balance inquiries, statements, investments, redemptions, bill discounts, automatic debit, check custody, etc.); **6.** Update credit files and forward credit proposals for approval; **7.** Market and formalize the sale of all products and services offered by the cooperative (e.g., credit cards, pre-approved credit, overdraft facilities, guaranteed accounts, discounts, Sipag, insurance, consortia, pension plans, payroll-deducted loans, etc.) to members; **8.** Understand members’ credit needs; **9.** Inform the account manager upon credit approval; **10.** Verify members’ automatic debit schedules; **11.** Input documentation required for credit proposals; **12.** Recommend credit limits or facilities for clients; **13.** Project portfolio size and profitability; **14.** Perform other related tasks as required and directed by superiors. **Requirements:** **1. Education:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * CPA-10, CPA-20, or higher certification preferred. **2.
