Then this opportunity may be perfect for you! **About the position** As a Civil Construction Purchaser, you will be responsible for procuring materials, equipment, and technical services required for executing our heavy civil engineering projects. Your role will be strategic, focused on ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratios, appropriate delivery timelines, and the quality standards required on-site. You will also actively participate in planning and supporting operational areas, directly contributing to efficiency, cost reduction, and overall project performance. **Responsibilities:** Conduct quotations and negotiations for materials and services related to civil construction projects; Select and develop reliable, competitive suppliers; Analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications together with the engineering team; Ensure materials comply with established quality standards and delivery schedules; Manage supplier contracts and relationships; Monitor performance indicators and prepare strategic reports; Support project planning and execution with a supply-chain perspective. Requirements: **For this opportunity, we seek a professional with:** Solid experience in procurement for civil construction projects Ability to identify solutions that optimize costs and timelines; Technical knowledge of civil construction materials and outsourced services; Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills; Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings will be considered an advantage; Experience in infrastructure or heavy construction projects is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Intermediate computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Education:** Completed High School.
