Prepare switching plans for de-energization and electrical equipment lockout/tagout procedures in coordination with the supervisor. * Guide work fronts according to project specifications regarding field activity execution, ensuring team safety, quality, and productivity. * Operate company vehicles and ensure, per GEDs (task manuals), correct usage of vehicles, machinery, and equipment under their responsibility by field teams. * Manage working hours of their team (work front) in compliance with Brazilian labor legislation. * Ensure all team members perform field activities in accordance with CPFL Serviços’ internal procedures. Monitor equipment calibration inspections, dielectric testing, and equipment/tool condition assessments. * Collaborate with field teams (work fronts) to develop preliminary risk analyses (PRAs) for all activities. * Conduct daily safety dialogues (DDS) on-site, focusing on health, safety, and operational procedures. Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by field teams (work fronts), and demarcate and signal work areas to safeguard third parties. * Conduct and/or supervise detailed inspections of transmission lines and high-altitude equipment installation, as needed, to verify compliance with technical specifications outlined in the project. * Provide technical guidance to operational field teams, sharing and disseminating expertise. * Develop switching plans for de-energization and electrical equipment lockout/tagout procedures with support from the site supervisor.
