If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical machines and equipment, covering electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; * Identify technical issues and conduct root-cause analysis of failures in electromechanical systems, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions; * Diagnose faults in electromechanical equipment and systems and carry out necessary repairs to ensure continuous and efficient process operation; * Replace parts, components, and devices as required and in accordance with established maintenance plans; * Install and assemble new electromechanical equipment following engineering drawings and technical specifications; * Conduct operational tests after installation to verify system functionality and ensure compliance with technical and operational requirements; * Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems in optimal working condition by performing inspections, repairs, and component replacements as needed; * Act both reactively and proactively—resolving immediate issues (corrective), implementing preventive measures to avoid future failures, and applying predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate problems; * Perform regular inspections on machines and equipment, completing checklists to identify and correct potential faults or wear; * Carry out assembly, disassembly, and adjustments of machines and equipment according to technical specifications and safety standards; * Document all maintenance activities performed, including diagnostics, interventions, part replacements, and adjustments made to electromechanical systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must have:** * Availability to work in Poços de Caldas, MG; * Availability to work rotating shifts or administrative hours; * Completed technical education in Electromechanics; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in industry, preferably in this role or field; * Valid NR certifications. **Additional Information** We care deeply about our people’s well-being, so we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support a healthier, more fulfilling life: * Health insurance for employees and dependents; * Dental insurance for employees and dependents; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Commuter transportation; * Life insurance.
