Description: * Availability to work in Poços de Caldas, MG * Availability to work in shifts; * Completed technical education in production-related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at Basic/Intermediate level; * Prior experience operating injection molding machines in industrial settings; * Forklift operator training with certification; * Driver's license category B * Follow production orders issued by PCP, ensuring that the specified quantities and types of products are manufactured as planned; * Monitor and ensure that the injection process proceeds according to defined technical parameters, continuously verifying and adjusting machine controls to guarantee all parameters remain within specifications and production proceeds efficiently; * Perform adjustments to machines, molds, or operational parameters to correct faults and ensure uninterrupted production without compromising quality; * Rapidly identify any variation or issue in the process and take necessary corrective actions—whether technical adjustments or communication with the maintenance team; * Monitor and record the number of parts produced during each shift, ensuring the scheduled quantity is achieved within the established timeframe; * Ensure each production batch complies with established standards; * Accurately and thoroughly complete production reports, documenting critical information such as number of parts produced, cycle time, machine downtime, adjustments performed, and other operational data; * Record any significant deviations observed during production, including quality issues, equipment failures, process parameter variations, or production interruptions; * Complete daily machine and equipment inspection checklists before and during production to ensure machines operate under optimal conditions; * Ensure checklists are consistently completed at the appropriate time, avoiding omissions or errors. * Maintain continuous cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment, ensuring a safe, efficient working environment compliant with established quality standards. * Participate in training and continuous qualification processes. 2512010202191839704
