We are looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team. Based in Poços de Caldas/MG and reporting to the Production Leader, you will be responsible for controlling and ensuring the supply of machines in the assigned area, following operational procedures and company policies and standards. Your responsibilities will include:* Supplying various machines with raw materials and feed reels * Organizing the sector by keeping reels neatly arranged and maintaining their respective buffers * Ensuring equipment maintenance through checklists and arranging repairs when necessary * Removing receiving reels from machines to eliminate accident risks * Cleaning the factory using industrial sweepers * Assisting in packaging operations and product transfer * Participating in all applicable EHS training sessions and reporting emergencies via extension 333 * The Forklift Operator I will be responsible for maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Responsibilities include participating in internal and external audits, promoting a culture of continuous process improvement, and guaranteeing adherence to specific procedures within their operational area.
