Key Responsibilities: * Support spot procurement activities for materials and services within the Technical Procurement Department, following the procurement procedure. This activity includes requesting quotations from suppliers, negotiation, issuing purchase orders, and other related procurement actions; * Support routine tasks related to the generation and control of departmental data reports; * Support the procurement team with other administrative and operational requests within the Procurement Department; * Support the procurement team in implementing spot material procurement agreements, applying strategic sourcing methodology, category management, and spend analysis. Who We’re Looking For: * Candidates currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Engineering, Economics and/or related fields; * Competencies: communication, analytical ability, and strong interpersonal skills; * Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency and MS Power BI.
