We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to work at a construction site located in Divinolândia/SP. We are looking for a professional who resides in the city or is available for accommodation, organized and with a proactive profile to support the administrative routines of the construction site. **Responsibilities:** * Perform administrative activities at the construction site, ensuring smooth internal processes; * Conduct control and verification of invoices, contracts, and other administrative documents; * Organize, separate, and send document packages to headquarters, containing invoices, employee documents, service contracts, and others; * Create control spreadsheets and management reports, assisting in physical\-financial monitoring of the project; * Conduct quotations and cost estimates for materials, services, and equipment as requested by the technical team; * Support recording and controlling expenses, payments, and purchase orders; * Provide administrative support to the engineer and field team; * Maintain organization of physical and digital files. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction sites or civil construction; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
