**About the Position** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 or 08:30 to 18:00 with a 1.5-hour lunch break. **Location:** Software solutions company located in Poços de Caldas – MG. **Salary:** R$2,100.00 **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance worth R$665.00, transportation voucher, health insurance, PLR (Profit Sharing), dental plan, day off, Sesc partnership, gym and pharmacy partnerships. **Responsibilities and duties:** Provide customer support via phone and web, ensuring quick and efficient responses; Clarify questions about Payroll and/or Accounting/Tax modules, as well as their integration with other system modules; Support peripheral modules, answer questions regarding installation, configuration, and module utilities; **Requirements and qualifications:** Experience and knowledge in customer service routines; Good logical reasoning, ability to learn quickly; Good listening skills and clear verbal and written communication; Experience in IT or related fields, or completed technical course in Computer Science, or degree in Accounting, Administration or related areas; **Desirable but not mandatory** Familiarity with the Domínio system;
