Conduct technical visits and after-sales activities **Project Designer** * AutoCAD (Auto Card) * Production Engineering or related fields **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the development of new projects and the improvement of existing projects, under the guidance of a mid-level or senior project designer; * Develop technical solutions to meet customer needs; * Prepare internal projects aimed at optimizing resource utilization and leveraging available equipment features; * Complete specification sheets and register OPPs in the SBI system; * Create technical drawings and issue sample protocols; * Conduct technical visits to customers for after-sales activities, complaint resolution, cost reduction initiatives, and new product development; * Control documents and technical procedures related to projects; * Comply with applicable ISO 9001 standards and procedures for the department.
