We are seeking a Data Analyst to work within a team that lives and breathes data, supporting product, marketing, operations, and leadership areas with clear and actionable analyses. You will have autonomy, direct contact with stakeholders, and space to propose innovative solutions. * Collect, process, and organize data from multiple sources. * Build and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools. * Develop exploratory analyses and simple predictive models. * Translate complex data into practical business insights. * Define and monitor KPIs together with partner areas. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance. * Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams on data projects. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Data Analyst. * Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. * Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). * Solid foundation in descriptive statistics and exploratory analysis. * Ability to tell stories with data and present them effectively to non-technical audiences. * Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in digital product companies, e-commerce, or SaaS businesses. * Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. * Experience in data modeling and data warehousing. * Prior experience with experimentation (A/B tests) and product metrics. * English proficiency for reading documentation and technical materials.
