General Management Job ID: 72958 Poços de Caldas, MG, BR (On\-Site) Internship Main responsibilities: * Support technical and operational activities of the engineering team; * Assist in the preparation and updating of technical drawings, layouts, and projects (AutoCAD); * Lead the change management program with interface across other areas; * Participate in monitoring construction works, machine installations, tests, and measurements; * Assist in the control of technical documents, reports, and tracking spreadsheets; * Support data collection and analysis of performance, costs, and timelines (SAP); * Contribute to project planning and scheduling; * Attend team meetings and record minutes or improvement points; * Assist in implementing process improvements and standardization of procedures; * Support compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Who we are looking for: Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Technical Skills: * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and projects; Basic knowledge of planning and control of construction/processes; Basic knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, etc.); Ability to prepare technical reports and tracking spreadsheets; Understanding of applicable technical and safety standards; Basic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools (e.g.: 5S, PDCA, Lean).
