No **The day-to-day...** * Perform activities related to the Factory's Occupational Safety area; * Attend and support internal and external audits, expert assessments, and inspections by labor authorities; * Participate in the development and review of SHE procedures, SHE Pillar tools, and TPM methodology; * Conduct safety incident investigations, supporting root cause analysis, definitions, monitoring, and required actions; * Deliver Occupational Safety training, onboarding, refresher courses, and Regulatory Standards; * Prepare PPP documents, manage SHE indicators, objectives and targets, SHEPM, update the Iusnatura legal requirements system, support LTCAT and PGR reviews; * Develop and implement projects aimed at reducing occupational health and safety risks; * Conduct risk assessments and issue Work Permits (working at heights, confined spaces, lifting operations, etc.); * Promote the unit's safety culture, supporting operational leadership in safety practices and compliance with legal regulations; **What will contribute to your success?** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety with registration at the competent authority; * Previous experience in the Occupational Safety field is desirable; * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable; * Proficiency in Office Suite, PowerBI, SOC and IusNatura; * Experience in NCE, TPM and SHE Pillar methodologies is desirable; * ISO 45001 and 14001 auditor certification will be an advantage. **If you match the above profile and meet the participation criteria, please apply by 11/24/2025.**
