Delta Energia has been leading major operations in the sector for over 20 years. In 2010, it entered the biodiesel production and marketing market, serving distributors and contributing to the growth of the domestic market while consistently aligning with socio-environmental needs.
The company operates two industrial plants located in Rio Brilhante (MS) and Cuiabá (MT), with a combined production capacity of 1.6 million liters of biodiesel per day, reinforcing its commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and regional development.
Currently, Delta Energia is seeking an **Industrial Mechanic** for its Cuiabá unit. The professional will be responsible for **performing maintenance services, repairing machines and equipment, requisitioning replacement parts, assembling machines, equipment, and accessories according to manufacturer specifications**, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and operational sustainability.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Respond to production calls (corrective maintenance) to identify and resolve emergency mechanical failures that may disrupt production continuity;
Perform checklists on mechanical equipment (pumps, gear reducers, centrifuges, compressors) to identify abnormal operating conditions;
Perform pump maintenance tasks, such as seal replacement, rotor replacement, and oil change;
Perform heat exchanger maintenance tasks, such as gasket replacement, cleaning, and plate replacement;
Conduct shift handover to the next-shift mechanic, reporting and demonstrating on-site tasks completed during the current shift and pending tasks requiring continuation, as well as receiving the handover from the previous-shift mechanic;
Practice and incorporate the company’s safety and environmental management procedures into daily work, avoiding unnecessary exposure—either personally or to others—to risks, exercising the right to refuse unsafe work when necessary, maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness, and ensuring proper and safe use of equipment within the assigned area and of required PPE for each task.
