




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing procurement, fleet operations, invoice entry, expense control, and document organization, with emphasis on communication and conflict resolution. Main Responsibilities: * Procure office supplies and consumables. * Manage and monitor company vehicle fleet. * Receive, verify, and enter invoices into the system, ensuring compliance with payment deadlines. * Control and record forecasts for fixed expenses in the system. * Organize, distribute, manage, and archive physical and electronic documentation specific to the role’s area of responsibility, adhering to established process routines. Requirements and Qualifications: * Driver's License Category B * Experience entering service invoices into systems. * Experience classifying expenses according to the accounting chart of accounts. * Communication Skills: Active listening and clarity when explaining and negotiating with suppliers. * Conflict resolution ability and sense of urgency to prioritize tasks. * Proactivity; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel).
