




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of equipment and materials, performing inventory management, receiving, warehousing, and dispatching of components. Manage inventory by performing activities such as receiving, warehousing, and dispatching electronic components, installation kits, and telecommunications equipment. Meet operational deadlines and targets, ensuring field technicians and teams have the necessary resources to deliver services for telecom operators. ***Responsibilities*** * Monitor reports; * Store received materials in their designated warehouse locations, following organization and identification guidelines to facilitate access and control; * Coordinate with technical teams and other departments to align material and equipment requirements, ensuring SLA compliance; * Record all equipment movements in the ERP system; * Properly package equipment for transportation, ensuring item protection and correct labeling for tracking; * Monitor reports; * Systematically issue BIP (Equipment Transfer Documents); * Organize logistics for returning damaged or defective equipment for repair requests, generating required documentation and monitoring the process; * Maintain control and organization of spare equipment, ensuring replacement parts are available for emergency situations; * Actively participate in inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify potential discrepancies; * Maintain 5S standards: Keep the workplace clean and organized, following the 5S methodology (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke); * Verify invoices and perform physical inspection of equipment and components received from suppliers, ensuring quantity and quality match the purchase order; * Request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); * Arrange transportation by requesting quotations. ***Required Education*** Completed high school ***Schedule:*** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. ***Benefits:*** Psychological support; Pharmacy benefits; Meal allowance (R$23.27 per day); Food allowance (R$139.50 monthly); Profit-sharing program (PPR); University partnerships; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Well-being and health program, WellHub (Gympass).
