Collaborative and professional work environment **Position: Optical Laboratory Technician** **Location: Rondonópolis/MT** **Work Mode: On-site** We are seeking an Optical Laboratory Technician to perform production and finishing of ophthalmic lenses. We seek a responsible, agile, and detail-oriented professional with laboratory process experience who is committed to quality and deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Perform lens cutting and mounting. * Adjust and verify lenses according to prescriptions. * Operate optical machines and equipment with precision. * Perform final finishing, cleaning, and inspection of lenses and eyeglasses. * Manage consumables inventory and report requirements. * Ensure product quality by adhering to technical standards and regulations. * Assist in preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in an optical laboratory (mounting). * Knowledge of optical equipment and processes. * Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. * Completed high school education. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** * A collaborative and professional work environment; * Opportunity for continuous development and learning. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Course or certification in the optical field. * Experience in medium- or large-scale laboratories. * Full proficiency in mounting complex eyewear (multifocal lenses, specialized curvatures). **Compensation:** * Salary: BRL 2\.500,00; * Working hours: business hours; * Benefits: meal allowance and bonus; * Work location: fully equipped assembly laboratory.
