Interface between maintenance and mine operations We are seeking a professional to work in the Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) area within a mining environment. **Requirements:** * Experience in mining fleet management (yellow line, white line, and light vehicles) * Knowledge of Planning and Control of Maintenance * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management * Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ERP systems (Minerion SGA) **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for the fleet (yellow-line machinery, white-line trucks, and light vehicles) * Monitor fuel consumption, tire usage, and equipment productivity * Route and record maintenance activities in the ERP system, keeping information updated and reliable * Initiate and oversee outsourced and internal maintenance services, as required * Ensure vehicle and machinery availability and optimal operational conditions * Develop and monitor monthly performance reports and maintenance indicators * Serve as the interface between the maintenance department and mine operations, ensuring team alignment and guaranteeing that equipment meets production requirements safely and efficiently **Desirable:** * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Logistics, or related Engineering fields * Experience with maintenance indicator control and analysis * Knowledge of failure analysis and optimization of maintenance plans **Benefits:** * Company-provided transportation * Meal allowance * Company-provided meals * Life insurance * Overtime pay * Health insurance plan * Accommodation
