Provide support and clarify customers' questions Responsible for greeting customers courteously and professionally, creating a positive first impression of the establishment; guiding them to their seats quickly and efficiently; providing support to clarify questions regarding the establishment's operations, available services, and policies; suggesting accommodations and organizing the waiting queue to ensure an efficient flow of entry and exit. Additionally, manages reservations and verifies customers' documentation, notifying cases of suspicious individuals on-site.
