We operate in 977 municipalities across all regions of Brazil, delivering energy to over 20 million people.
Our most visible work is electricity distribution, but we offer much more. In addition to our 9 electricity distribution companies and 13 transmission concessions, we operate a centralized photovoltaic generation plant and one of the country’s largest distributed photovoltaic generation parks under our innovative brand (re)energisa. We also operate in the Free Energy Market, providing value-added solutions to our customers.
Moreover, we diversified our portfolio with natural gas distribution and trading through the acquisition of ES Gás, and, since November 2024, through participation in the assets of Cegás, Copergás, Algás, and Potigás. We are also investing in the generation, distribution, and trading of bio-solutions—including biogas, biomethane, and biofertilizers—through Agric.
Our **mission** is to transform energy into comfort, development, and new possibilities—sustainably. To achieve this, we rely on approximately 17,000 employees who make a difference every day.
You too can be part of this transformation story.
