Job Summary: General maintenance professional focused on structural repairs, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, and preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general maintenance on structures and facilities. 2. Works across multiple areas: plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry. 3. Focuses on preventive maintenance and materials management. \*Responsibilities\* * **General Maintenance:** Perform minor structural repairs, such as masonry repairs, ceiling and wall repairs, roof tile and gutter replacements, and floor and tile repairs. * **Plumbing:** Unclog drains, sinks, and toilets; repair leaks; replace valves and pumps. * **Painting:** Paint walls and ceilings; perform minor plastering tasks. * **Carpentry and Joinery:** Repair and adjust doors and windows; assemble furniture; perform minor woodwork. * **Masonry:** Repair damaged masonry; construct lintels and beams; implement masonry bonding systems. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Conduct periodic inspections to identify and prevent future issues, ensuring proper operation of equipment and facilities. * **Materials Management:** Monitor inventory of maintenance materials and request purchases when necessary. * **Safety:** Adhere to safety, hygiene, and environmental protection standards. * **Service Requests and Reporting:** Respond to internal service requests and report damages identified in facilities. **Requirements** High school diploma; NR35 certification; Training courses and specific knowledge of processes under responsibility; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – basic level **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$1\.800,01 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
