Identify, analyze, and model information required for system development (new or modified), studying needs, possibilities, and methods for proposing solutions—ensuring the quality of analysis produced, as well as monitoring execution, adherence to deadlines, and pre-established costs. Receives guidance from direct and indirect management; operates autonomously in specialized activities involving highly sensitive information. Decisions have medium- to long-term impact and affect results within their own area and other internal areas, with some influence on business outcomes. Possesses deep technical expertise across all phases of activity.
