The Administrative Assistant is responsible for operational tasks, including printing invoices, receiving auditors, and managing medical documents.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for tasks related to the Operations department.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Printing billing invoices;
* Receiving auditors; accompanying them to the Clinic when required;
* Scanning audited invoices / compressing and renaming them for submission to billing;
* Preparing meal vouchers \- collecting signatures from patients in their rooms;
* Forwarding meal voucher signatures to the Salvador unit;
* Collecting patient signatures in their rooms for extensions;
* Collecting physician signatures in their rooms for extensions;
* Requesting ambulance transfers for inpatients at the Clinic requiring exams or procedures at other hospitals;
* Submitting operator censuses when necessary;
* Preparing envelopes containing audited medical invoices;
* Forwarding invoices to health plan headquarters;
* Archiving and organizing audited medical invoices;
* Supporting the Operations Assistant’s activities;
* Managing bed-related materials, including weekly spreadsheet submission to leadership;
* External activities \- Post Office, Notary Office, Material pickups.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Prior experience in the same role within a hospital setting is desirable.
