Job Summary: We are seeking a Web Designer to join our technology team, responsible for transforming Figma projects into functional websites using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring quality and user experience. We seek a Mid-Level Web Developer with solid expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The professional will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust web applications, implementing API integrations, and ensuring database (MySQL) usage quality and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive Figma projects and convert them into fully functional websites, landing pages, and e-commerce sites using WordPress with Elementor. * Implement WordPress/Elementor designs faithfully to the original design, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and an excellent user experience. * Customize and configure Elementor to build advanced layouts, animations, and components according to the provided design. * Optimize landing pages and e-commerce sites for performance, usability, SEO, and conversion rate. * Work with essential plugins (WooCommerce, forms, automation tools, image optimization, caching, etc.). * Ensure quality, responsiveness, and performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. * Collaborate with design, backend development, and product teams to ensure alignment and resolve questions during implementation. **Technical Requirements:** * Solid experience developing websites with WordPress and Elementor, supported by a portfolio of functional projects demonstrating faithful design implementation. * Advanced proficiency in Elementor — building complete pages, configuring advanced elements, applying animations, and customizing CSS within the builder. * Strong technical knowledge of HTML and CSS for Elementor customizations and communication with technical teams. * Knowledge of on-page SEO best practices to ensure implementation does not negatively impact search engine rankings. * Experience with WooCommerce for developing functional and optimized e-commerce sites. * Ability to accurately read and interpret Figma designs, understanding typography, spacing, colors, animations, and interactions. * Knowledge of responsive design to ensure flawless rendering across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices as specified in the design. * WordPress performance optimization (caching, lazy loading, image optimization, Core Web Vitals) **Desirable Skills:** * Portfolio featuring well-implemented WordPress/Elementor websites demonstrating fidelity to original designs and measurable results. * Experience with advanced WordPress performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, performance testing). * Experience integrating APIs and automations in WordPress (RD Station, Zapier, n8n, etc.). * Experience conducting A/B tests and conversion rate optimization using native WordPress/Elementor tools. * Knowledge of Digital Accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design. * Experience with WooCommerce Advanced Custom Fields for WordPress. **Behavioral Profile:** * Proactive in seeking solutions and driving continuous improvement. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Committed to deadlines and delivering high-quality work. **Additional Information:** * Vibrant environment filled with people focused on growth; * Goal-oriented, not time-bound; * Merit-based management; * Partnership opportunity; * Health insurance; * English lessons; **For more information about our benefits, visit:** **https://programa\-de\-incentivo\-ag\-flwvbze.gamma.site/**
