Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
* Advanced knowledge of SAP system;
* Logical reasoning skills for monitoring receipts, transfers, and shipments;
* Analytical skills for analyzing physical vs. system inventory discrepancies;
* Basic knowledge of budget request workflow and requisition creation/monitoring;
* Basic knowledge of fiscal inbound workflow and intercompany transfer invoice issuance.
* Supervise raw material receipt, inspection, and storage processes
* Supervise PA picking and dispatch to CIMED production plants
* Assist in developing and maintaining warehouse and shipping procedures
* Ensure all activities are performed according to documented warehouse and shipping procedures
* Control processes and activities so they are executed virtually (SAP) as they are physically executed
* Conduct quarterly cyclic inventories of raw material and finished goods inventories, monitor weekly production cyclic inventories, and fulfill ad-hoc inventory requests
* Plan and organize receipts and storage jointly with the PCP department
* Control requisition, storage, and management of non-productive materials
* Monitor maintenance and requirements for forklifts and pallet jacks to maintain them in good working condition
* Track fiscal vs. physical inbound entries, as well as requisition and order status
