Job Summary: Performs cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep tasks while safeguarding equipment and materials, and supporting various auxiliary duties. Key Highlights: 1. Performing cleaning and maintenance in indoor and outdoor environments. 2. Safeguarding and maintaining work equipment. 3. Assisting in material management and procurement list preparation. Perform cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep tasks using appropriate materials, tools, and predefined routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks in the company’s indoor and outdoor facilities, using appropriate materials, tools, and predefined routines; * Clean and maintain utensils and general equipment to ensure they remain in proper working condition; * Manual decharacterization of solid waste; * Sort waste for proper disposal according to the company’s guidelines on selective collection; * Safeguard, maintain, and preserve work equipment; * Sort materials and prepare areas for cargo dispatch; * Update equipment and material checklists; * Assist the supervisor in preparing the procurement list for supplies required by the general services team; * Perform basic carpentry tasks; * Report equipment deterioration or any other damage identified during the shift to the supervisor; * Perform cleaning and maintenance in administrative areas across the company’s indoor and outdoor facilities and other institutional departments, including repairs, tidying, and restocking necessary supplies to maintain hygiene and upkeep standards; * Prepare and serve breakfast/afternoon coffee, as well as snacks and lunches/visitors’ meals; * Provide meal services in external areas (e.g., walkways, staircases, cabinets, restrooms, etc.) and support company events; * Restock areas with materials requested by the store; * Signal the need to replenish consumables and usage materials, and clean the relevant areas and equipment; * Assist in completing technical sheets for the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Desirable: Completed Elementary Education Relevant work experience ### **Ready to Renew the World?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
