Support in network administration and information security **Job Objective:** Provide technical support to users, ensuring proper operation of the company's information technology resources, including equipment, systems, and network maintenance, with a focus on operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to users; Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals; Support network administration (internet, Wi\-Fi, cabling); Assist in managing access to corporate systems and email; Log and track technical support tickets; Perform system and software updates; Support backup and information security routines; Contact IT vendors when necessary; Document technical procedures and solutions; **Working Hours:** Monday to Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM / Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
