We are seeking an **Operational Cycle Assistant** to join our team and directly contribute to the efficiency of billing and shipping processes. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and optimize the billing workflow, ensuring accuracy and agility in processes * Manage the shipping workflow, ensuring adherence to deadlines and internal procedures * Execute order billing with attention to detail and fiscal compliance * Prepare operational incident reports to support decision-making * Serve as a liaison between departments, resolving pending issues and promoting efficient communication across units **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics, or related fields * Prior experience in administrative and/or operational routines * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Analytical ability and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in the ERP system **Sankhya** and/or **WMS** * Experience managing billing and shipping workflows * Knowledge of operational performance indicators (KPIs) Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Up to R$2.774,00 per month Work Location: On-site
