We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the game is played fairly and growth occurs based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support external consultants in mapping business-area processes, absorbing methodology, recording information, and contributing to the enhancement of internal capabilities in process analysis and transformation; * Operate autonomously in alignment with a developmental role, following leadership guidance and interacting with user departments, consultants, and IT teams to gather, organize, and consolidate information; * Maintain professional relationships with technical and business departments, exercising influence through organization, clarity in documentation, and support for discussions on continuous improvement and operational transformation; * In addition to position-specific duties, the general activities described below also apply; * Monitor current process mapping (as-is), documenting workflows, activities, exceptions, manual controls, rework points, and other relevant information necessary to understand routines; * Document processes clearly and structurally using flowcharts, descriptions, tables, and supporting records, ensuring information organization and traceability; * Support identification of operational inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, operational risks, and opportunities for automation, digitalization, technology application, or artificial intelligence; * Gather information directly from department users with an analytical, ethical, and respectful approach, supporting simple impact analyses related to time, volume, frequency, and risk; * Contribute to designing future processes (to-be), act as a liaison among business departments, consultants, and IT, support building an internal process repository, and evolve toward replicating the adopted methodology internally. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Production Engineering, Computer Science, Administration with emphasis on Processes, or related fields. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Child Education Assistance Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
