




Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for managing systems, networks, and tools to ensure the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Systems and network administration Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal users (remote and on-site), resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and systems. Manage and maintain platforms and tools used by company departments, including: IW, OMIE, Smart Compras (management systems). Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, IW, and other systems. Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) and Keepit (backups). Requirements: Experience in technical support, systems and network administration, and management of multiple IT tools. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments and cloud servers (Azure). Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Access control and information security. Desirable knowledge of backup tools, corporate antivirus, ticket management, and identity management. Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
