The company is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Pouso Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation tasks such as cutting, chopping, peeling, and seasoning ingredients. Assist in plating dishes and finalizing food items. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including cleaning of utensils used. Assist in dishwashing and cleaning of food preparation areas. Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies. Comply with the company's established food hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the chef or head cook. Perform other kitchen-related tasks as required. It is essential that the Kitchen Assistant be agile, organized, possess basic culinary skills, and be willing to learn and collaborate with the team. Additionally, strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards is critical to ensure food quality. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
