Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the maintenance activities of the heavy-duty vehicle fleet. * Organize and assign tasks among mechanics and other workshop staff. * Ensure compliance with deadlines and service quality standards. * Monitor workshop performance indicators, controlling costs and productivity. * Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization within the department. Mandatory Requirements * High School diploma; * Driver's license category B; * Proven experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance; * Leadership profile and strong communication skills; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18.
