




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for procurement, budgeting, quotations, order tracking, invoice verification and registration, as well as inventory organization and stocktaking, providing technical and administrative support. Main Responsibilities: Procure parts and materials, prepare budgets and quotations, and track orders; Verify and register invoices; Organize inventory and conduct stocktaking; Provide technical and administrative support whenever required. Requirements: Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or procurement; Basic knowledge of invoice registration; Proficiency with ERP/control systems and Excel; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; Agile, disciplined profile with responsibility for following established processes; Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with generator set components (engine, alternator, peripherals); Experience with basic tax-related routines; Experience with inventory control.
